Loren Rodgers serves as the Executive Director at the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), taking over from co-founder Corey Rosen. His entire professional career has been dedicated to the field of employee ownership.

Before joining the NCEO, Rodgers worked for 10 years as a management consultant at Ownership Associates. In both his roles, he has been an active writer in applied and academic publications, a frequent speaker, and a researcher.
