Lisa Franchetti, born on April 25, 1964, is a retired United States Navy admiral. She made history as the first woman to lead the U.S. Navy, serving as the 33rd Chief of Naval Operations.

Following her distinguished naval career, Franchetti transitioned to advisory and board roles. She is a Member of the Board of Directors at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies and a Senior Consultant at Kearney. Additionally, she serves as a Strategic Advisor for Servicenow.
