Laura K. Field is a scholar in residence at the Niskanen Center and an advisor to the Illiberalism Studies Program at GW. She is also a writer and political analyst. Her book, "Furious Minds: The Making of the MAGA New Right," has been published by PUP.

Previously, Field served as a Nonresident Fellow and a Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution. Her early education took place in Canada before she moved to the United States for her university studies.
