L. Joy Williams is a political strategist and civic leader dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to engage in the democratic process. She serves as President of the New York State NAACP Conference of Branches, where she focuses on advancing civil rights, advocating for social justice, and creating lasting change. Additionally, she is the Chair of Higher Heights PAC, an organization committed to amplifying the political voice of Black women across the nation.
