Biography

Liz Thomas is an award-winning author, writer, and speaker, recognized as a "thru-hiking legend" by Outside Magazine. She currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the outdoor webmagazine Treeline Review and is a contributing editor and columnist for Backpacker Magazine. Thomas is widely known for her extensive long-distance hiking achievements, including holding the women's self-supported speed record on the 2,181-mile Appalachian Trail.
