Elizabeth Louise Kendall is a British politician, born on June 11, 1971, in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire. She has served as the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology since 2025, following a tenure as Secretary of State for Work and Pensions from 2024 to 2025. A member of the Labour Party, Kendall has represented Leicester West as its Member of Parliament (MP) since 2010.
