Lisa Lahey is the Founder and Chief Knowledge Officer at Minds at Work, a position she has held since 2001. She also serves as the Chief Knowledge Officer at The Developmental Edge, a role she began in 2019. In addition to her leadership roles in consulting, Lahey is a Lecturer in Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she has taught since 2010.
