Lionel Sinai-Sinelnikoff is the Managing Partner at ADIV, Aerospace & Defense Impact Ventures, where he co-leads a new investment initiative dedicated to fostering a resilient and sustainable future. His work at ADIV focuses on strategic investments within the aerospace and defense sectors.

In 2018, Sinai-Sinelnikoff founded Ascent, a venture aimed at enhancing air connectivity between cities and regions using existing and next-generation electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) vehicles.
