Biography

Scott Lincicome is a Senior Fellow and Vice President of General Economics & Trade at the Cato Institute. In this role, he focuses on international and domestic law and economics. He also holds a position as a Senior Visiting Lecturer at Duke University Law School, where he occasionally teaches a course on international trade law, having previously taught an undergraduate course on trade policy at the university.
