Dr. Lily McElwee serves as the President & CEO of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR), an organization dedicated to enhancing Arizona's presence on the international stage. In this role, she leads efforts to foster global engagement and understanding within the state.

Concurrently, Dr. McElwee holds the position of an adjunct fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC.
