Lidong Bing serves as the Chief Scientist of the Shanda AI Research Institute (SARI), where he leads initiatives focused on large model techniques and the intersection of brain science and artificial intelligence. He also holds the position of Vice President at Shanda Group and is the COO of Apodex.

His research interests encompass large language models, vision-language models, and various low-resource and multilingual natural language processing (NLP) problems.
