Lesley Rochat is a prominent South African marine and shark conservationist, activist, wildlife filmmaker, underwater photographer, environmental writer, author, and speaker. In 2003, she founded the non-profit organization AfriOceans Conservation Alliance, where she serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading efforts in marine and shark conservation based in Cape Town, South Africa.
