Leonie Neuhäuser is a Research Manager for the Foundation Model Task Adaptation Team at DeepL. In this role, she focuses on post-training large multi-modal models and leads research in reinforcement learning.

She previously led the Analytics & AI team at Amprion, one of Germany's transmission system operators.
