Biography

Leonardo Milano leads the Data Science team at the United Nations OCHA Centre for Humanitarian Data. In this role, he supports the humanitarian community by developing, evaluating, validating, and applying data science tools to better inform humanitarian response efforts.

Prior to joining UN OCHA, Milano worked as a Senior Data Scientist for the Norwegian Refugee Council’s Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC).
