Leo M. Tilman is Chairman and CEO of Agilion Systems, an advanced technology and strategic advisory firm. He is a long-time advisor to companies, governments, and institutional investors globally. Prior to founding Agilion (formerly Tilman & Company), he held senior positions as Chief Institutional Strategist and Senior Managing Director with BlackRock and Bear Stearns.
