Lena Rethel is a Professor at the University of Warwick. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Politics and International Studies, a Master of Arts (M.A.

) in International Political Economy, and a Licentiate degree in Economics. Rethel has also served as a Visiting Fellow at the Oxford Centre For Islamic Studies.
