Leland Goss is the Managing Director and General Counsel at the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA), where he is also a Member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to his role at ICMA, Goss served as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking Legal for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region at Credit Suisse. His career also includes experience as an Attorney in the Market Structure Group at the U.S. Securities And Exchange Commission.
