Biography

Leila Dagher is a seasoned economist and Senior Economic Policy Advisor with over 20 years of experience in academia, government, and consulting. She is currently a 2026-2027 Research Fellow at the Wilson Center and the Founding Director of the Center for Policy Action at LAU Lebanon.

Dagher specializes in energy and environmental issues, as well as economic policy development. Her career includes extensive experience presenting to government executives, media, and international organizations.
