Leela Ramnath serves as the Global Head of Sustainability Strategy at Warburg Pincus. In this role, she leads sustainability initiatives for the private equity firm.

Prior to her current position, Ramnath was the Head of Innovation and Sustainability at Tau Investment Management. Her career also includes experience in investment banking, where she held the role of Vice President, Emerging Markets Sales at Barclays Investment Bank.
