Lee Felsenstein is an American computer engineer recognized for his pivotal contributions to the development of personal computers. He was a founding member of the Homebrew Computer Club and is notably the designer of the Osborne 1, which holds the distinction of being the first mass-produced portable computer. His earlier designs include the Intel 8080 based Sol-20 computer from Processor Technology, the PennyWhistle modem, and other significant S-100 bus era designs.
