Biography

Leah Garcés is an animal advocacy leader dedicated to transforming food systems and ending factory farming, a mission she has pursued for over 25 years. She began her career as a campaigner and researcher at Compassion in World Farming in England, later serving as Director of Campaigns and Programs at World Animal Protection, overseeing campaigns in 14 countries. She established and led the US office of Compassion in World Farming for seven years.
