Leah Litman is a Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, where she focuses on constitutional law, post-conviction review/habeas corpus, and federal courts. She is also widely known as a co-host of Strict Scrutiny, a podcast she has co-hosted since 2019 alongside Melissa Murray and Kate A. Shaw, which provides analysis and commentary on Supreme Court decisions.
