Laurent Freixe serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé S.A., a position he has held since September 2024. In this role, he leads a global organization comprising over 270,000 employees and manages a diverse portfolio of more than 2,000 brands. His leadership focuses on achieving exceptional performance across the entire value chain, from farm to fork, with an emphasis on consumer delight and customer service.
Freixe began his career at Nestlé in 1986.
