Lauren Harper Pope is a political and communications strategist from South Carolina. She is a Co-Founder of Welcome, an organization dedicated to depolarizing American politics and strengthening a centrist faction of the Democratic Party. Her work with The Welcome Party (c4), WelcomePAC, and The Welcome Democracy Institute (c3) aims to foster responsible governance.

Prior to co-founding Welcome, Pope served as the South Carolina State Director for Beto O'Rourke's presidential campaign.
