Laurence Steinberg, Ph.D., is a Distinguished University Professor and the Laura H. Carnell Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Temple University, where he has taught since 1988. He is recognized as one of the world's leading experts on adolescence and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Psychological Science.
