Lauren Hobart is an American businesswoman who serves as the President and CEO of DICK'S Sporting Goods, a role she assumed in February 2021. She is the first woman to hold this position for the company. Hobart joined DICK'S Sporting Goods in 2011 as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. She was promoted to executive vice president and CMO in 2015, and later became chief customer and digital officer.
