Laura Posada is a Puerto Rican TV personality, certified life coach, motivational speaker, and author. She serves as President of Laura Posada LLC, a role she has held since 2014. Posada is known for her work as an on-air personality, appearing on shows such as NBC’s "The Today Show" and Univision’s "Despierta América" as a lifestyle expert and life coach. She also produced and hosted the TV show "Manual de Supervivencia" on Utilisima and FoxLife, and co-hosted "Tu Vida Mas Simple" on Fox Life.
