Biography

Laura Nurski serves as the Head of the Future of Work Programme at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels. In this role, she advises on AI regulation, skills policy, and social dialogue for EU institutions and governments. Her work focuses on understanding how artificial intelligence and digitalization are reshaping jobs, skills, and organizations across Europe.
