Laura Duran serves as the Business Development and Sustainability Executive Director at IKEA Spain, where she is responsible for leading expansion, innovation, transformation, and sustainability efforts. She is also a member of the Executive Committee IKEA SPAIN.

Duran brings over 20 years of international experience, having worked in four different countries and led multicultural teams.
