Laura Friedman is an American politician who currently serves as a Member of Congress, representing California's 30th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her policy interests include bikes, trains, housing, single payer healthcare, and induction stoves.

Prior to her current role, Friedman was a California Assemblymember for the 44th District in the California State Assembly. She also served as Mayor for the City of Glendale, California.
