Lars Hesselholt is a Danish mathematician currently serving as a professor of mathematics at Nagoya University in Japan and holding a temporary position as Niels Bohr Professor at the University of Copenhagen. His primary research interests encompass homotopy theory, algebraic K-theory, and arithmetic algebraic geometry. He also serves as the managing editor of the Nagoya Mathematical Journal.
