Biography

Henry Lawrence "Larry" Culp, Jr. is an American business executive currently serving as Chairman and CEO of GE Aerospace. He assumed this role in 2022, following his tenure as Chairman and CEO of GE from October 2018 to April 2024. Culp made history as the first outsider to lead GE in its 126-year history, joining the company's board of directors in April 2018 before taking the top executive position.
