Kyriakos Mitsotakis is a Greek politician currently serving as the Prime Minister of Greece, a position he has held since July 2019, with a brief interim period between May and June 2023. He has also been the president of the New Democracy party since 2016. Mitsotakis is generally associated with the centre-right, advocating for economically liberal policies.
His political career began with his election to the Hellenic Parliament for the Athens B constituency in 2004.
