Kyle S. Hauptman is the thirteenth Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), designated by President Donald Trump on January 20, 2025. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the NCUA since December 18, 2020, after being nominated by President Trump and confirmed by the US Senate. As NCUA Board Chairman, Hauptman is a voting member of the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) and represents the NCUA on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).
