Spencer T. Kuvin, born in 1969, is an American lawyer based in Florida. He attended Florida State University from 1987 to 1991 and graduated from St.

Thomas University Law School in 1996, the same year he was admitted to the Florida Bar. Kuvin began his career as an insurance defense attorney, representing corporations such as SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories, Quest Diagnostics, and Winn-Dixie. After over five years, he shifted his focus to representing victims of negligence.
