Kush Varshney serves as an IBM Fellow at IBM. His work focuses on the critical area of trustworthy machine learning, a subject on which he authored a book titled 'Trustworthy Machine Learning'.

Prior to his current role, Varshney gained experience through student internships at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, as well as co-op internships at Sun Microsystems.
