Kuo Zhang serves as the President of Alibaba.com, a position he has held since 2017. In this role, he is dedicated to facilitating global trade and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) worldwide, aligning with the platform's mission to make it easy to do business anywhere.

Prior to his current role, Zhang was the General Manager for Merchant Platform at Alibaba Group, where he oversaw key e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and Tmall.
