Kunal Shah is an Indian entrepreneur and angel investor. He currently serves as the head of WhatsApp. He is known for founding the online recharge platform FreeCharge and the credit-card bill payment rewards platform CRED.
Shah began his career by founding PaisaBack, a cashback promotions company, in 2009. He later co-founded FreeCharge with Sandeep Tandon in 2010, which emerged from a pivot of the PaisaBack business model.
