Andrius Kubilius is a prominent Lithuanian politician. He currently serves as the European Commissioner for Defence and Space at the European Commission. Prior to this role, Kubilius was a Member of the European Parliament.

His extensive career in public service includes serving as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania. He also held the position of Member of Parliament at Lietuvos Respublikos Seimas and was Chairman of TėVynėS SąJunga - Lietuvos KrikščIonys Demokratai (Ts-Lkd).
