Kristof Titeca is a Professor at the University of Antwerp. He is a political scientist specializing in governance and conflict in Central and Eastern Africa, with a particular focus on Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
His research examines political authority, armed conflict, conservation, and regional security. This includes extensive work on Ugandan politics, the conflict in Eastern DRC, and the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) and Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebel groups.
