Kok Keong PUAH is the Chief Executive Officer at the Energy Market Authority of Singapore. In this role, he works to ensure a reliable, secure, and affordable supply of energy for Singapore. He also focuses on developing low-carbon energy sources to facilitate Singapore's transition towards achieving net-zero carbon emissions.

Prior to his current position, PUAH served as Chairman of the Energy Studies Institute (Esi).
