Kitty C. Liao is the Founder & CEO of IDEABATIC LTD. and an Enterprise Fellow at the Royal Academy of Engineering. She is the inventor of SMILE, an award-winning portable cooling system. With over 15 years of experience, her expertise spans business, entrepreneurship, engineering, and project and product management, focusing on transforming complex problems into impactful solutions.

Currently, Liao serves as a Mentor at CERN and MassChallenge Switzerland, roles she has held since 2025.
