Kirk Sorensen serves as the President and Chief Technologist at Flibe Energy. His expertise encompasses nuclear reactor design, neutronic simulation and modeling, thermodynamics, and power conversion system design. He also has experience in liquid fluoride chemical processing design.
Prior to his current role, Sorensen was the chief nuclear technologist at Teledyne Brown Engineering.
