Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw is a distinguished American civil rights advocate and a scholar of critical race theory. She holds professorships at both Columbia University and UCLA, where she teaches law.

In addition to her academic roles, Crenshaw serves as the Executive Director at The African American Policy Forum, an organization focused on policy issues relevant to the African American community.
