Kim Leadbeater serves as the Member of Parliament for Batley & Spen, having been sworn into office on July 5th, 2021. A lifelong resident of the Batley & Spen constituency, she is a proud Yorkshire woman.

Prior to her parliamentary career, Kim Leadbeater began in sales before transitioning into education. She lectured in physical activity, health & wellbeing at colleges in Bradford and Dewsbury. She also worked as a self-employed wellbeing coach and personal trainer.
