Kevin Werbach is an American academic, businessman, and author, currently serving as a Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a position he has held since 2004. He also chairs the Legal Studies & Business Ethics department and directs the Wharton Accountable AI Lab.
