Kevin Brooks Eastman is an American comic book writer and artist, widely recognized for co-creating the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles alongside Peter Laird. Born in Portland, Maine, Eastman developed an early passion for comic books. In 1983, while searching for publishers for his work, he met Peter Laird, leading to a professional collaboration on various comic projects.
