Biography

Kerry Bodine is the CEO of Bodine & Co., a company she founded in 2014 with the mission to help organizations adopt new ways of working and thinking to build exceptional customer experiences from within. A globally recognized customer experience expert, she is also the co-author of the book "Outside In" and currently serves as an Artificial Intelligence Ambassador for Oslo for AI since 2024.

Throughout her career, Bodine has focused on experience design and customer experience.
