Kent Larson is an architect, entrepreneur, and academic, serving as a Professor of the Practice at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is the Director of City Science at the MIT Media Lab, where his research focuses on urban design, compact transformable housing, ultralight autonomous mobility systems, and advanced design for future cities. He also co-directs the Norman Foster Institute for Sustainable Cities with Lord Norman Foster.
