Kelly Uphoff is the Chief Technology Officer at Tala, a role she has held since 2021. In this position, she is responsible for building high-impact engineering, data science, and product organizations. Her expertise lies in generating business value from AI, Machine Learning, and big data analytics, as well as driving product improvements through causal inference tools and techniques.

Prior to her role at Tala, Uphoff spent nearly a decade at Netflix.
